If you live in the Athens City area, call the Crisis Line at 593-3344. Outside the Athens City area and all over Hocking and Vinton Counties, call toll- free at 1-888-475-8484, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Careline workers are trained to direct you to the emergency help you need.
If it is not an emergency...
Call the clinic in your area Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. After 4:30 p.m. or before 8:00 a.m., call the Crisis Line number listed below:

What can I expect?
If you are pregnant or an intravenous drug user, you will get an appointment to talk with someone about your needs within 24 hours of your call.
If it is a non-emergency, Health Recovery Services, Inc. will make an appointment within five working days, or as soon as possible.
