Athens-Hocking-Vinton 2010 Advocate Award Presentations
The Alcohol, Drug Addiction and Mental Health Services Board (317 Board) serving Athens, Hocking, and Vinton Counties honored ten citizens in the three-county area for their advocacy activities involving mental health and substance abuse prevention. Earl L. Cecil, Executive Director, and Jeffrey Daubenmire, Board Chair, led the 317 Board’s awards presentation, held this year at the Logan-Hocking High School in Logan Ohio.
